Our client, a successful Travel Management Company with a small office based in Newport, is seeking a switched-on individual to join their friendly team as an Administration Assistant.
You would be supporting the team with a variety of administration duties including:-
- Calling hotels
- Setting up hotel billbacks
- Credit card reconciliations
- Answerinbg the phone and dealing with queries
- Other ad-hoc administration duties
Administration Assistant Attributes:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Flexible attitude
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good PC skills
This is a Monday-Friday role and a great opportunity to enter the world of corporate travel!
