Are you a school or college leaver with an interest in travel?

Our client, a successful Travel Management Company with a small office based in Newport, is seeking a switched-on individual to join their friendly team as an Administration Assistant.

You would be supporting the team with a variety of administration duties including:-

  • Calling hotels
  • Setting up hotel billbacks
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Answerinbg the phone and dealing with queries
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties

Administration Assistant Attributes:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Flexible attitude
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good PC skills

This is a Monday-Friday role and a great opportunity to enter the world of corporate travel!
