Job Details
Responsibilities include:
Managing the Marketing Team and working with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director
Executing the Marketing Plan and coordinating projects
Guiding and supporting the day-to-day activities of the marketing team; activities include:
o brochures for different source markets
o mailings, flyer, newsletters
o social media presence
o cooperation with Tourist Boards
o organisation of trade fairs
o administration and update of websites (using CMS systems, i.e. TYPO3)
o press relations
o Marketing support for clients
Collaborating with Sales Teams across all Group Companies
Required skills and experience:
Proven people management skills: leading, motivating, coaching, managing performance
Experience in a broad range of marketing disciplines including social media
Strong project management skills
Confident and dynamic personality
Experience in the travel industry; destination knowledge would be ideal
Drive and commitment, being able to set and achieve goals
Ability to listen and communicate clearly and efficiently
Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English; being fluent in French, Italian or Spanish would be an advantage
Ideally experience in working with the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
Experience in working with Mail Chimp / Sugar CRM / Microsoft Office package
