Job Details
Our client, a successful Travel Management Company, is seeking a Fares and Ticketing Specialist to join their growing team in offices based in the City of London.
Fares and Ticketing Specialist duties:
- To process all refunds and exchanges that are sent by Agents
- Run monthly reports and process open tickets refunds
- Fare loading
- ADM reconciliation / dispute and record
- Basic admin skills,
- Excel knowledge
Fares and Ticketing Specialist Skills Required:
- Understanding fare constructions
- Ability to accurately calculate fares for refund and re-issues
- Possibly ex airline staff (fares desk)
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Galileo essential with Amadeus and Sabre if possible
- Someone who is organised, accurate and able to maximise business opportunities
- Experience with Travelport’s Net Fare Manager will be an advantage
Fares and Ticketing Specialist Remuneration:
- Excellent salary and benefits package
- 42.5 hours a week (8.5 hour day including 1 hour for lunch)
