WORKFLOW ANALYST

A successful and growing Travel Company is looking for an experienced Workflow Analyst to join their team in Bradford. The successful candidate will be instrumental in handling the online/offline systems and processes.

You will work with various teams to review existing system processes and suggest improvements. You will set up and monitor systems and processes. Create handy user-guides and training; and escalate any issues to the relevant department head.
Role Requirements:

* Operational experience within the travel industry
* Experience in system and process mapping
* Advanced Excel skills
* Data analysis experience
* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
* ISO 9001 - 14001 experience an advantage
