Contracts Administrator, £24,000 NORTH LONDON
New Frontiers are now supporting our client who is looking to recruit a contracts administrator / executive / coordinator to join their Purchasing team, based in North London.
As a Contracts Administrator / executive / coordinator you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
- Loading and maintaining of hotel contracts as well as add on services
- Updating rates throughout the season and loading of offers and promotions
- Review availability on a weekly basis and update system
- Uploading hotel pictures onto online reservations system
- Any other office duties as required
- Working Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30hrs ONLY
Contracts Administrator / executive / coordinator skill attributes:
· Experience in the Travel or working in a Hotel in Reception/Reservations/Travel ONLY
- Friendly and efficient telephone manners
- Good keyboard skills and experience of using computers
- Good numeracy and accuracy skills
- A sound knowledge of European geography and currencies
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to meet deadlines
- Ability to work on their own or as part of a team
- Professional with excellent interpersonal skills
