Customer Services Manager,
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? A growing OTA is looking for a hands-on Customer Services Manager to be responsible for the end to end management and delivery of their Customer Service across multiple channels, languages and operational sites. You will lead the day to day running of a pre-travel contact centres ensuring that customer service is consistent and effective. As a natural leader you will take ownership of people and processes. The successful candidate will have 5 years team management experience. Contact Centre management experience is essential. Previous experience of working within a travel business would be advantageous.
