Head of Program Management Office (PMO)

Head of PMO, Tour Operator - New and fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of PMO to join a world leader in its field and be part of this incredibly exciting time of growth for the company.

Head of PMO Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the workstreams programme on budget and to required timelines
• Owning risk and issue monitoring and escalation
• Lead by communicating the vision and successfully bringing internal teams (including the PMO Team) on the transformation journey

Head of PMO Skills Required:

• Entrepreneurial mindset along with a "can-do" attitude and a result-oriented work style
• Previous experience of managing PMO across multiple trading entities and projects of at least 3 years
• Expertise in managing or maintaining restructuring projects or have worked alongside one
• Experience of implementation and managing governance frameworks
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, delivery-focused and strong team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ideally experience in the travel industry
