By working with more airlines worldwide, including smaller regional airlines and low-cost carriers, we offer a greater choice of flight options at lower prices. We specialise in flight-only sales and offer over 600 airlines on our easy-to-use site.

Due to sustained growth, we are now expanding our team and looking for a brilliant Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service team.

Essential Skills:

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong writing skills
  • Amadeus GDS and/or travel agency experience preferable but not essential
  • Be able to multitask at a fast pace whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Passion for customer service and helping our customers to book their flights and respond to their enquiries
  • Highly organised, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

The Role:

  • Answering calls, emails and live chat for customer queries regarding their booking
  • Responding to customers feedback on key review websites
  • Building flight itineraries for our clients
  • Processing refunds, cancellations and reissues
  • Issuing flight tickets made via www.alternativeairlines.com
  • Dealing with schedule changes
  • Working hard to ensure high level of customer satisfaction to retain customers
  • Opportunity to work alongside our marketing team to identify customer trends
  • BSP administration
