Your career begins here, duties include:

  • Lead the Sales team ensuring they are equipped to meet team and individual KPI’s
  • Work closely with Head of Operations and Client Care to ensure smooth running of the business
  • Plan, develop and implement sales strategies, incorporating annual sales and commercial plans
  • Work closely with marketing to agree future marketing initiatives to increase enquiries
  • Performance management of sales team including sickness
  • Coach team members to develop outstanding performance
  • Identify, develop and implement training and development needs
  • Recruitment for sales
  • Develop and manage induction programme for new team members

Essential Requirements

  • Must have sales management experience within the travel industry.
  • Experience of developing and implementing sales plans and setting sales goals and quotas
  • Experience of leading and managing high performing sales teams including evidence to support sales performance
  • Experience of working in educational and group sales
  • Able to build relationships and work across teams
