Hotel Contracting Executive

Hotel Contracting Executive, Putney, Up to £26k
We are seeking a Hotel Contracting Executive to help develop our client's Hotel product range and to identify new products, establish contacts, build relationships and negotiate room rates and contract for mainly ad-hoc groups.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of hotel and group booking processes, good working knowledge of a range of UK and European hotels and the confidence and experience to negotiate best prices and arrange contracts. . Salary to £26k for this Monday to Friday role plus benefits.

Hotel Contracting Executive Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities for this role are:
Negotiating group rates and conditions with hotels in the UK and Europe
Ensuring that hotels offered are of the standard and quality required
Building, developing, strengthening and maintaining strong relationships with hotels
Identifying and developing new suppliers
Being pro-active in sourcing alternative solutions when originally requested locations/hotels are unavailable

Hotel Contracting Executive Requirements:
Previous Hotel and/or group reservations experience
Good working knowledge of UK and European hotels
Understanding of hotel and group booking processes
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Highly organised, adaptable and with time management skills
