Do you have a passion for weddings? Are you extremely organised and have experience in planning weddings? Do you pride yourself in delivering excellent customer service and keep the customer at the heart of all you do?

Due to the continuous expansion of our business we are looking for someone to join our dynamic and motivated team in our office in South West London as a Destination Wedding Consultant.


*Handling a portfolio of weddings and providing full assistance to clients in the run up to their wedding in a personal and professional manner
*Deliver an exceptional level of service to our wedding couples by phone, email and in person
*Become an ambassador of the company, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, building rapport with all clients
*Drive exceptional customer service and up sell extra services to enhance their wedding day
*Demonstrate excellent knowledge of all aspects of marrying in our destinations including documentation, seasonality, types of venues, logistics and expert advice
*Invoicing clients & suppliers
*A passion for travel is essential, along with outgoing personality, good telephone skills, computer literacy and previous sales/customer service experience

*Ability to set and work to deadlines
*Good knowledge of travel geography, itineraries and visas
*Attention to detail, ability to plan ahead
*Patience and persistence in dealing with foreign countries and getting answers
*Excellent telephone manner, clear speaking voice
*Excellent organisation/communication/interpersonal skills
*Numerate, able to prepare client invoices and receipts
*Ability to deal with clients and agents face to face
*Understanding of what the adventure/cultural traveller wants to experience


*Essential: a minimum of 2+ years in the wedding industry and passion for weddings
*Essential: exceptional and proven customer service skills
*Essential: positive "can-do" attitude
*The desire and initiative to achieve and surpass targets
*Good track record of sales success
*Good knowledge of Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Malta, Croatia and Portugal
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to work under pressure and deliver to monthly targets
*MS office proficient and IT savvy
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Resourceful and practical; can think on your feet and solve problems quickly and effectively
