This leading independent company is looking for a bubbly & energetic Group Sales Executive with a can-do-attitude, to join their very busy team in the heart of London. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, build rapports with our clients and process all incoming reservations in line with the company brand.

Purpose of the role:

To deliver the highest standards of customer service in the selling and processing of bookings for theatre tickets and ancillary services.

Job Activities:

*Selling theatre tickets and ancillary services by phone or email in accordance with brand standards
*To maintain and develop relationships with our Trade partners
*To understand the business requirements of each individual Trade partner and anticipate their requests and requirements
*To participate in telesales campaigns, delivering new bookings and increase our databases
*Maintain a portfolio of clients through pro-active account activity
*To offer after-sale assistance and reply to queries
*To process bookings at the correct buy rates and (contracted) sell rates
*To upsell additional product as appropriate at every opportunity
*To maintain an excellent product knowledge on the entire product range by attending regular trade nights and fam trips
*To convert sales calls at the highest rate at the highest possible margin
*Communicate to supervisors/managers all relevant customer feedback, particularly in the areas of pricing, products and services, to facilitate on-going improvements in our service
*To handle all incoming complaints in line with the company complaint policy
*To buy and source product at the lowest possible cost for maximum margin
*To assist in all other areas of reservations when required
*To be part of a positive and enthusiastic working environment
*To work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and working to deliver common goals
*To be fully aware of company policies/handbook
*Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management

Skills / Knowledge Required:

*Desire to deliver the best service to our clients and the ability to build rapport with them
*Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
*Product knowledge and expertise
*Accuracy and excellent organisational skills
*Commercial acumen
*Team player with positive outlook
*Employ good time keeping skills
*To be open and receptive to new information
*To take responsibility for your own behaviour and its effects on others
*At least one year's experience in a customer services or group sales role

The Package:

The hours are either 9-5.30 or 10-6.30 Monday to Friday.
Salary is 19K with an incremental pay rise of £500 every April and October providing probation is passed and there are no performance issues. We offer a bonus incentive scheme and many other benefits.
