This upmarket, luxury tour operator based in the heart of London is seeking an Email Marketing Executive to manage, plan and craft the email experience for their customers. They require an analytical thinker with strong e-marketing experience, someone who can improve user experience, increase conversions and sales enquiries.

Email Marketing Executive responsibilities to include:

• Creating, building and executing effective email campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
• Increasing customer loyalty
• Implementing a programme of A/B tests to optimise performance
• Performing ongoing analysis
• Measuring campaign effectiveness
• Working alongside the marketing team to help grow the database
• Implementing effective segmentation and targeting to increase conversions
• Managing the database and CRM

Skills required to apply for the Email Marketing Executive opportunity:

• Experience working in the travel industry would be a distinct advantage
• An understanding of HTML
• Experienced worked on content management systems and email service providers
• Previous experience working with Dotmailer/ Dotdigital beneficial
• Superb communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
