Business Travel consultant - Manchester Office

Our client is a global giant and they have room for you! If you are keen to step from leisure travel to business travel, this could be the chance you have been looking for. Based in Manchester city centre joining at a very exciting time. If you are used to booking flights on GDS or from a strong airline background, we want to hear from you. You will need to be able to look after the client's need from beginning to end to ensure top service. It's a fast paced environment so a knack for managing priorities is needed, but in return, you will be getting an excellent salary £21,000-£23,000 DOE plus bonuses and amazing benefits! This is a rare opportunity to step into a business travel role with a Monday - Friday workday pattern. They are under going some big changes and it would be an amazing time to join their growth!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Taking enquiries over the phone and via email from business travellers.
*Managing multiple accounts and understanding individual contracts and branch guides.
*Working to Service Level Agreements for each corporate clients.
*Booking a variety of travel requirements from UK hotels & trains, right through to worldwide flights & organising visas via GDS.
*Working quickly and efficiently as an individual as well as in the team on own initiative.
*Working with negotiated and contracted airfares.
*Looking after post and pre-booking queries and amendments.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: *please note candidates must have the below to be considered*
Either- good Native GDS experience ( Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or Worldspan) knowledge in leisure/Business travel or airline background circa 1 year experience.

THE PACKAGE:
*The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary( £21,000k - £23,000 DOE plus excellent benefit and eligibility to bonuses
*Great hours; Monday - Friday business hours
