I am currently recruiting for a Resources Manager to work for an extremely successful independent corporate travel company, this role is a varied and very hands on role which will be covering a range of client facing and internal operational & administrative tasks. This position offers a genuine opportunity to 'take ownership' and develop the role and truly make it your own! The key elements of this fantastic new Resources Manager vacancy include corporate reservations, account management, customer services, supplier liaison, staff training and HR.


THE ROLE:
OPERATIONAL

*Business travel reservations covering full Sterling offline/online portfolio of services.
*Assistance with quote supervision & quote file monitoring
*Complaint handling and maintenance of Complaints & Failures log
*Quality Control in accordance with ISO 9001 procedures
*Supplier liaison
*Development of marine fare provision

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
*Account management of House Accounts.
*Key Client account management visits (primary focus on Top 10)
*Dispatch of monthly management information / attend to queries
*Oversee content of client e-files & hard files
*Sales support

HUMAN RESOURCES & TRAINING
*HR - Maintenance of 'P' files
*Liaison with HR provider Moorepay
*Conduct designated appraisals
*Operational Staff induction
*Reservations training as per training schedule.
*ISO operational procedures training/compliance

ADMINISTRATION
*Ensure high degree of professionalism is maintained at all times.
*Ensure smooth running of office at all times.
*Brief Directors as necessary.
*Participate in all staff meetings
*Attend travel trade functions
*ISO audit control


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will be experienced in corporate travel, within a Team Leader or Senior Business Travel Consultant roles and supplier liaison experience. You will need to be driven and focused to go into this role and take on the responsibilities to exceed in this exciting and extremely varied role.

THE PACKAGE:
The salary on offer is very competitive in the Southampton area which is in the region of £25000 upwards which is dependent on experience plus other great benefits!
