Do you have experience within the Travel Industry and based out in Kent? Do you have excellent writing/commination skills and have a passion providing an excellent service to customers?

A vacancy has arisen in the Customer Relations department for the position of Customer Relations Executive with a reputable fast growing travel company located out in Kent.

Responsibilities and Tasks are as follows:

*Responding to Post Departure Complaints with the aim of restoring the customer's faith
*Investigating the client's complaints fully whether it be with overseas partners or internally
*Listening to Phone Calls as part of the investigation
*Responding to Post Trip Reviews in form of an email or by calling the client directly
*Responding to any issues for clients who are on holiday
*Any other duties deemed necessary by either your Manager or Director.

The person:

The successful candidate will need very good organisational skills, excellent writing and communications skills and the ability to work to deadlines.

The role:

This position is a Monday - Friday (9 - 5.30) and the salary will be disclosed upon application.
