Quality assurance coordinator

Quality assurance coordinator - Part time maternity cover - Required for this luxury tour operator based in central London. They would like the successful candidate to work 20 hours a week and will pay up to £14,000 + benefits.

Quality assurance coordinators duties
-Check the data feeds that come from the reservations system every Monday and Thursday to ensure that the correct guests are receiving a guest questionnaire.
-Create and send Monthly reports, to the product managers and the destination management companies.
-Ad hoc projects relating to guest feedback
-Monitor the quality assurance inbox
-Read through all pre departure documents

Quality assurance coordinators skills required
-Previous experience in a quality assurance role
-Excellent written English
-Experience in microsoft
-Previous experience in processing data
-Excellent attention to detail
