Business Implementation Coordinator

Central London

£35,000 + Bonuses

My client is leading luxury tour operator based in central London.

They are now recruiting for a Business Implementation Coordinator to join their IT support team.

The Business Implementation Coordinator will be assisting in supporting the various sites with preparation and implementation of Travel Studio and other systems within the business.

Applicants must have experience in a similar role within the travel industry and working knowledge of

Travel Studio which is operated by Open Destinations.

 

Business Implementation Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Develop a complete working knowledge of Travel Studio and its implementation at different sites across the company
  • Acquire an understanding of the local operating environments and assess individual/group training needs across the organisation
  • Research, prioritise, plan, and prepare training materials and courses
  • Develop and deliver programmes of learning activities to new employees and in support of new functionality or changes being implemented
  • Deliver training on a group, individual, or remote basis
  • Seek opportunities for continuous enhanced system adoption and consistent use through training
  • Establish and maintain a library of reference documentation and procedure manuals prepared in support of maintaining high levels of knowledgeable system use
  • Feedback opportunities for system enhancement and process improvement

Business Implementation Coordinator Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a tour operator or online travel company
  • Experience in working with Travel Studio from Open Destinations
  • Experience with MS-Office suite, in particular MS-Project, Visio, and Excel
    • Comfortable facilitating group training activities
    • Experience in interacting with both local and virtual project teams and comfortable working in a geographically-distributed and matrix-managed environment

Business Implementation Coordinator Experience Required:

  • Base salary to £35,000 (possibly higher for the right candidate)
  • 22 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays
  • Pension and discounted holidays
