Travel Studio Implementation and Support Manager

Travel Studio Implementation and Training Manager required by an industry-leading tour operator. 33K-35K. You will be the company ambassador and go-to person for all employees. It's essential you have in depth experience using the system and also have a relevant level of experience implementing systems and supporting staff with the systems ongoing use.

Travel Studio Implementation and Training Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive working knowledge of Travel Studio and its implementation at each office
• Gain an understanding of the local operating environments, assessment of individual/group training needs across the organisation
• Create training materials and courses
• Deliver learning programmes to new employees and in support of new functionality
• Seek opportunities for continuous enhanced system adoption and consistent use through training
• Establishment and maintenance a library of reference documentation and procedure manuals

Travel Studio Implementation and Training Manager experience:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a tour operator or online travel company
• Experience in working with Travel Studio
• Educated to degree level
• Strong with MS-Office suite, in particular MS-Project, Visio, and Excel
