THE JOB
In this exciting role, you'll be channelling your passion for all things travel, liaising with prestigious HNW and UHNW clients to gain their post trip feedback. Being a highly presentable, eloquent and articulate individual, you'll be confident speaking to clients both on the phone and face to face, utilising your impeccable customer service skills to collate their experiences. Working within the marketing team, you'll use this information to improve products and services, as well as to tailor future trips, identify new leads and build clients' bucket lists; providing an attentive, first class service every time.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Prior experience gained within a luxury travel/travel concierge company in a Sales,
Customer Service, Operations or Marketing role
*Educated to degree level
*Outstanding English communication skills and able to speak with eloquence
*Impeccable personal presentation and confident nature
*Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and solutions orientated
