Tour Leader Support - Customer Service - Cantonese
Our Client is a leading Travel Tour Operator and Wholesaler based in West London. We are currently looking for a Tour Leader Support position with Cantonese and Mandarin language skills for a new role within the company.
Within this role, you will be responsible for the forward planning of all group arrivals from Asia and familiaring yourself with the itinerary before arrival. You will check all vouchers have been issued and liaise with the tour leader on arrival and then offer support and consultation whilst the tour leader is in Europe.
This role will also involve assisting with the Quotations department, helping with amendments for the groups from the Sales department and working with the Services team for reconfirmation of services. This could involve booking and contracting Restaurants across Europe in co-operation with relevant team.
To be sucessful in this role you must possess excellent customer service skills as well as fluent Cantonese and Mandarin language skills. Relevant work experience within the Travel & Tourism sector is highly desirable but not essential for this role.
Due to the nature of the requirement, candidates must have working rights in the UK with the ability to work full time hours.
