Do you have experience within the Travel Industry and within a Customer Service role? Do you live in the Kent/Surrey area and looking to get away from the London commute?

A well-established Leisure & Business Travel company based out in Kent are looking for an After Sales Consultant to join their Groups/Business Travel department.

Main purpose of the role:

To support the experienced Leisure Team in providing the highest levels of service to our clients and suppliers by ensuring all administrative elements of the booking process are handled with care, accuracy and in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities:

*Accurately undertaking the administration across all Leisure travel bookings - ensuring travel plans have been administered correctly, issuing tickets and arranging all payments with both clients and suppliers;
*Responding to client queries that arise from the initial booking stage right through to when the client returns from the travels;
*Supporting the overall team, as required, to ensure that we maintain our high client retention and customer satisfaction rating.

The Person:

*You have exceptional customer service skills
*You have gained a minimum of 2 years' experience of working in the travel sector
*You are able to multi task and manage your time efficiently
*You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail - grammatical accuracy is a must
*You demonstrate a genuine passion for travel and can share your travel experiences with us
*You have a professional approach - excellent time keeping, fantastic relationship building skills and always represent the business well
*Knowledge of a GDS is desirable but not essential. If you don't have GDS skills, we want to
*know how you have demonstrated your skills in learning new systems
