Summary of the role

In this role you will sit as part of the Cruise Club team and some of the main responsibilities will be to:

• Manage the product offering for an allocated portfolio of cruise lines
• Manage relevant cruise packages 

• Conduct competitor analysis and reporting on product sales
• Responsible for delivery and repackaging of a range of product
• Create innovative market leading cruise & stay offers
• Write creative for brochures and advertising copy if required
• Work with cruise marketing supporting campaigns 

Requirements:

• Exceptional knowledge of the Travel/Cruise industry
• Cruise Industry background preferred 
• Commercially aware 
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills 
• Flexible approach and team player
• Knowledge of excel spreadsheets

Skills required:

  • A good knowledge of Cruise destinations
  • Creative writing experience
  • Excellent organisational skills that support the rest of the team
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
  • A determination to achieve and succeed
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and some basic image editing
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a wider team and work across functions and departments
  • Strong attention to detail and proof reading skills.
  • Able to take personal ownership to resolve issues
