Admin and Documentation Consultant required for an award-winning travel firm based in Amersham. They seek a candidate with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, salary £21,500 + company bonus.

Admin and Documentation Consultant Responsibilities:
Accurate and positive customer service provided to all clients
Ensuring the professional and accurate delivery of all documentation, for clients and suppliers
Supporting the office administrator
Supporting all CSC departments when necessary
Checking over upcoming bookings using in-house system for any errors
Liaising with product department to ensure documentation is up to date

Admin and Documentation Consultant key skills:
Exceptional Customer Service skills, both by telephone and email
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly organised
Keen eye for detail and accuracy at all times
Superb time management skills
Ability to meet short and long term deadlines consistently
Self motivated and keen to work in team scenarios
Be responsible, creative and show initiative

Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
