THE JOB
For this German-speaking Travel Consultant role you'll use your fluency in spoken and written German, as well as excellent customer service and administration skills, to manage the requirements for German speaking travellers from post-booking to pre-departure. This will involve calling passengers to give relevant information on their booking, and to pro-actively upsell travel related products where possible, as well as communicating with suppliers to request and confirm availability.

You will be working for a highly successful, well-established and growing tour operator with a global presence at their UK Head Office in Swindon.


WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Fluent spoken and written German
*Able to work well on own initiative and within the team
*Well organised and an ability to prioritise workload
*Friendly and professional telephone manner
*Be able to work under pressure
*Have good understanding of profit margin and upsell requirements
*Strong customer service and administration skills
*Experience working in the travel industry is essential
