Our client, a successful Travel Management Company, is now recruiting for a highly competent Commercial Pricing Manager to focus on ownership and delivery of Commercial Pricing across the company.

Commercial Pricing Manager Responsibilities:-

  • Leading the company in the development and success of the commercial pricing proposition
  • To deliver profitable pricing to customers in all areas of travel management
  • Manage the delivery of analysis and development support
  • To provide information and advice to Commercial, Sales & Client Services to enable them to recognise and highlight opportunities.
  • Assist Sales and Client Services in tender / re-tender situations
  • To enable the delivery of profitable and efficient analysis tools, products and processes
  • Preparation of bespoke pricing for yearly renewals and providing comparison of different pricing options dependent upon client profile and preferences
  • Analysing and consolidating complex MI for tenders
  • Preparing client reports, models and analysis
  • Supporting client projects
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to deliver accurate information and analysis internally and externally to clients & prospects
  • Playing an active role in generating ideas for new models and analysis which could be developed to enhance our client proposition or to help develop the financial success of the company

Commercial Pricing Manager Qualification and skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree – Business related degree an advantage
  • Proven experience in the travel industry - Beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Time management and self-management skills
  • Advance understanding of Excel
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative
  • Proven analytical problem solving ability
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mind and conscientious approach
