THE JOB
In what is a unique opportunity for a travel industry leader, we're looking for an industry professional to join this growing travel group. As the managing director, you'll have full responsibility for the financial and operational performance of the company, which includes sales, marketing, operations, account management and supplier relations, in addition to the design and implementation of company strategies and projects.

Our client is part of a well-established travel group, who despite their continued growth and success, has managed to retain their close-knit feel and pride themselves on their excellent customer service and personal approach.


WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*At least 8 years' experience in managing a travel company - please note that leisure
travel experience is crucial for this position
*Prior P&L ownership and proven success in growing a travel business
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Visionary leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong business
relationships
*Demonstrable commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills and diplomacy
