A senior leadership role has arisen heading up B2B sales and distribution teams at a regional level. Working for a dynamic, inspirational travel brand the role involves leading the sales and distribution function within the group. Our client seeks a high energy, passionate leader focussed on sales performance and maintaining outstanding customer service across all teams. As the Sales and Distribution Director you will focus on maximising sales, achieving regional sales, distribution strategy and managing sales operations.
The Sales and Distribution Director will possess strong commercial acumen, proven in leading sales teams and growing partnerships. This role manages inside sales and service team plus leading trade sales in EMEA whilst overseeing ongoing processes and system improvement to increase overall productivity across the business. The successful candidate will ideally have an established existing network of contacts preferably at decision making level within travel retail and wholesale world. Overall the role will be responsible for aligning sales with distribution and improving overall productivity across the business.
ABTA/ ATOL knowledge required. Salesforce and CRM systems desirable.
