Fantastic opportunity to join this Specialist Tour Operator, Recruiting a Operations Manager to manage escorted Tour and Negotiate with Ground Handlers to contract Services.
As an Operations Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
- Ensuring all ground handlers are adhering to contractual agreements
- Preparation of pre-tour paper word for tour leaders
- Keeping internal teams and clients informed of any tour changes
- Product development
- Deal with everyday operational problems
Operations Manager Skill attributes:
You will be a team player with RELEVANT group tour operation experience and ideally have adventure travel experience personally/through work
With strong interpersonal, sales, marketing and communication skills
Confidence to deal with people at all levels
You will have a sound knowledge of the travel industry, preferably adventure travel
