Global Programme Manager / Business Travel / Hotels
Role: Global Programme Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £35k-£40k Basic + lifestyle benefits
Monday to Friday 9-6pm
Opportunity awaiting in this niche role working as Global Programme Manager to represent an elite TMC in the market. This person must have a proven track record in negotiating and influencing as well as confidentially presenting to internal stakeholders
Tasks & responsibilities:
- To provide consultancy advice and provide information to internal stakeholders all in the interest of clients.
- To handle and deliver client programmes as well as delivering project-based programmes across hotel, air and ground concepts.
- Work alongside sales and account management departments to proactively identify new clients to consulate.
- Working continually with suppliers to negotiate and contract industry leading pricing to exceed client’s expectations.
- Look to enhance client experience by attending client functions and industry events when required.
Skill Attributes:
The ideal professional for this role should look of worked within the Business Travel space and to of ideally worked in Hotel contracting/negotiating.
- High level understanding and experience in client programme management.
- Confident communicator with an analytic mindset that can draw insight.
- Excellent organisational skills and an intuitive nature.
- Exceptional customer service ability as well as being a strong negotiator.
Salary & Benefits £32k-£34k Basic
- Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
