Account Manager - Corporate Travel - Field Based. An excellent opportunity to work for an award-winning Travel Management Company (TMC) based in the north of the UK.This is a national role, looking after a portfolio of clients. You will ideally be situated in the North West, North or North East of the UK to visit the head office for occasional meetings.
Account Manager Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and public sector clients, ensuring customer growth, development and retention. You will drive customer satisfaction and engagement whilst resolving any issues they may have. You will create client management plans, perform detailed analysis of client MI and conduct regular face to face meetings.
Account Manager Skills Required
- 5 years of proven account management, [preferably in the corporate travel sector but other similar industry experience such as airlines will also be considered
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret information
- Flexible to travel nationally
Account Manager Package
A basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
