£22,000 + Commission and Benefits - OTE £30,000 uncapped
My client, the UK’s leading luxury award winning tour operator requires experienced Personal Travel Executives for their one of their flagship stores based in a prominent Central London location.
Personal Travel Executives must have the experience of selling travel arrangements, be well presented with first class sales and customer service skills.
They will also possibly consider well travelled graduates with a passion for travel.
PERSONAL TRAVEL EXECUTIVES DUTIES
Providing the best and most comprehensive service possible to all our clients regarding their travel requirements
Take responsibility for the clients` complete satisfaction ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
Answer telephone calls; handle all e-mails, written and personal enquiries from clients.
To maintain and demonstrate your own level of expertise of the sales system and product knowledge.
Attend supplier training sessions and participate in the educational programme.
Ensure you understand the importance of minimal discounting wherever possible and eliminate errors which may impact on the profit margin.
PERSONAL TRAVEL EXECUTIVES REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
Previous sales experience within a travel environment.
Knowledge of luxury short and long haul travel
Exceptional customer service skills
A positive 'can do' attitude
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Adept at planning and organising own time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The desire and initiative to achieve and surpass targets
In return the company offers an excellent base salary of £22,000, a lucrative commission package, 25 days holidays and free holidays!
