Customer Service Executive - This exciting tour operator who specialise in offering a range of adventurous experiential long haul tours are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join them. Up to 25K

Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
* Investigate issues raised by passengers in co-ordination with local partners, Tour guides and other departments
* Responses by written letter
* Assessment of levels of compensation in collaboration with Customer Services Manager
* Suggest actions to improve service levels
* Assist passenger at the destinations who are unwell or have had accidents in partnership with local partners and insurance companies
* Deal with all related correspondence

Customer Service Executive Skills Required:
* Literacy - the ideal candidate will have degree standard literacy and excellent communication skills
* Experience of dealing with complaints.
* Experience in the travel industry and/or excellent knowledge of the travel industry
* Well-travelled

Additional Information:
* Paying up to £25K
* Based South West London
* Working Mon - Fri
