THE JOB
As a Travel specialist for this tailormade tour operator, you will be tasked with managing sales enquiries which come through over the phone, email or as web enquiry.

Your job as a Travel Specialist will be to convert as many of these enquiries as possible with exceptional customer service and delivering a bespoke holiday itinerary that the customer is seeking. You will work as part of a team and enjoy the buzzing sales atmosphere.

You will ideally come with a minimum 18 months travel industry experience, either within a call centre environment or retail travel agency.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*A minimum 18 months travel industry experience, ideally in sales
*Experience of working within a call centre or retail travel agency
*Exceptional customer service skills

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*A confident and friendly persona
*Able to quickly form relationships with customers, understanding their needs
