French Travel Agent

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a FRENCH Travel Agent / Consultants to work in our vibrant office located in South West London. You will be part of a fast paced, energetic team, and will be challenged with delivering the best holiday products and services to customers.

As a French Travel Agent / Consultants you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:

• Discussing, recommending and selling holidays and holiday extras to our customers based on their personal requirements and in accordance with ABTA/ATOL regulations.
• Providing excellent service levels to customers at all times, offering helpful and accurate information on products and destinations.
• Meeting sales conversion targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Working to agreed standards of accuracy, quality and business procedures for all areas of call handling and processing.

French Travel Agent / Consultant Skill attributes:

• You will need to be passionate about travel, having working in the industry, or hold a travel qualification.
• You will need to have knowledge of the travel industry, and be able to work across the spectrum of holiday solutions, from flight booking to dynamic packaging.
• French and English Fluently
