Assisting with all aspects of leisure travel, the candidate must be willing to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment whilst always offering a high touch personal service and bespoke solutions. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Skills and attributes

  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years travel industry experience, preferably within a luxury leisure travel environment
  • Some GDS experience or knowledge preferable
  • Impeccable attention to detail and cross-checking skills
  • High care of duty to both clients and team members and a willingness to go the extra mile for both
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, ability to prioritise and multi task especially when under pressure
  • Fluency in English is essential and proficiency in other languages is highly desirable
  • Good knowledge of industry suppliers, destinations and hotels
  • Quick learning, able to adapt to new and an ever-changing environment
  • Strong work ethic and team player attitude, with strong independent initiative
  • Sales and Marketing experience advantageous
  • Salesforce and Google Drive experience would be preferable
  • Ability to be client facing

You will be required to provide/partake in

  • Assist with booking all aspects of leisure travel
  • Support and assist with marketing of all leisure services and offerings
  • Manage relationship with our consortiums and other partnerships
  • Delivering great customer service and maintaining an ‘above and beyond’ attitude
  • Work alongside the Global Director of Travel Operations in building a leisure travel business plan showcasing
  • current client opportunities, new opportunities, potential risks, process development to assist with division strategy to execute company growth plan
  • Working across our CRM platform and bespoke system to curate itineraries, invoices and reports
  • Participate in business development – which can be anything from lead generation, to attending networking events
