This ever growing adventure travel company are recruiting for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join their team in the City of London, Paying up to £30K

Technical Support Specialist - Responsibilities:
- Operate as the first contact for all internal technical support requests via email, phone and in person.
- Respond to requests from staff requiring assistance with issues relating to desktop computing and telephony on both Mac OS and Windows
-G Suite and Office 365 service administration: Groups, Mail, Calendaring
- IT hardware inventory and procurement
- Meet with IT Management on a regular basis to discuss, evaluate, and implement any change to services that may be required

Technical Support Specialist - Skills Required:
- Previous Technical Support/ 1st line support / Helpdesk experience
- Must be knowledgeable and have a good understanding of both Mac OSX and Windows OS
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to solve the problems
- JAMF JSS, LogMeIn Central, O365, G Suite, Ringcentral experience and knowledge

Additional Information:
- Paying £25K - £30K
- Based in the City of London
- Working Mon - Fri
