THE JOB
A well-established long-haul tour operator are looking for a proven travel sales team leader to provide support, motivation, coaching and development for its team of travel sales agents. You will be responsible for a team of sales advisors within a contact centre environment and performance manage them to maximise profits for the business. You will also work effectively alongside other team leaders to drive sales through being creative, supporting one another to encourage employee engagement across the sales department.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*A minimum of 2 years' experience in a travel sales management/leadership/supervisory role
*Experience managing in a call centre environment would be preferable however not essential
*Strong consultative coaching skills with a proven background in managing individual and team performance
*Good time management and the organisation to effectively prioritise yours and your teams' workloads
*Experience managing remote/home workers would be preferable however not essential
*Results focused and committed to ensuring outstanding service delivery through effective people management
*Enthusiastic, positive manner, able to successfully motivate others
