Job Description:
- Dealing with customers in the office and taking enquiries via email and telephone.
- Selling primarily luxury travel products
- Dynamically packaging itineraries and travel to European and Worldwide Destinations
- Converting enquiries to bookings, using your experience and knowledge to advice customers on the best holiday for your valued client.
- Offering an excellent standard of customer service to valued repeat, recommended and new clients.
- Proven background and ability in arranging tailor-made worldwide travel itineraries
- Experience working with a GDS (Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus) would be desirable but not essential
- Passionate about travel
- Professional face to face and telephone manner and highly customer service focussed
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet and exceed targets
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
We are looking for an experienced for North America & Canada Specialist. Ideally you will have experience of selling a wide variety of Tour Operators including dynamically packaging itineraries. Luxury Travel knowledge is preferred. Great customer service, sales and communications skills are essential, ideally experience with working on a GDS system.
