IATA Ticketing person - Must be enthusiastic, honest, trustworthy, loyal and dedicated to the position. Attention to detail with 100% accuracy will be necessary.
Area of Expertise/technical system skills:
A good knowledge of GDS ticketing on either Worldspan, our in house system currently, Galileo or Amadeus and must be able to work under pressure to deadlines.
IATA ticketing requires a person with experience of GDS systems. GDS ticket re-issues including sterling and other internal currency, VMPD's, MPD's, ADM's and an understanding of net contracts, IT/BT net tickets and published fares, issuing group tickets and balancing of the BSP on our dedicated TARSC system. Other general administration and ticketing duties include running the reports on the bookings for the dispatch of tickets to clients encompassing general office daily duties.
