Bid Manager - TMC

Global sales support and Multi national Bid Manager - TMC Required for this expanding business travel company based in a great location in the city. They are looking for an experienced Bid manager from another business travel company and will pay between £38,000 to £45,000 plus benefits.

Global sales support and Multi national Bid Manager - TMC
-This role is critical in ensuring they deliver a strong, consistent message relevant to their target markets. The role is responsible for the on time submission of all RFP's encompassing regional and global tenders and for existing client re-tenders
-In addition to the heavy focus on sales support, the successful candidate will need to support the business with internal and external marketing messaging and support for marketing activity such as travel conference setup
-This role is designed to provide ownership of the RFP process on a regional and global level; time manage the process of the RFP; ensure key stakeholders are informed of the RFP and their deliverables; drive business success by delivering unique and relevant content to the RFP to differentiate the company as a brand at RFP stage and beyond and work with Bid Support team to evolve the existing content library.
-This role will also be responsible for financial modelling utilising global pricing templates to populate the financial submission and demonstrate the profitability of the potential client.

Global sales support and Multi national Bid Manager - TMC skills required
-Previous BID management experience for another TMC is a must
-Demonstrated management of a tender process
-Demonstrate experience of using presentation software and microsoft office
-Day to day management of the RFP bid process
