SENIOR SHORE EXCURSION PRODUCT MANAGER

This is a great opportunity to work with this leading cruise company based South Essex. Working as a Senior Shore Excursion Product Manager. Paying £35K, Mon - Fri.

Senior Shore Excursion Product Manager, Responsibilities:
- To assist the Head of Shore Excursions and Itinerary Planning with the management of the shore excursions product managers and the shore excursions support team and their tasks
- To assist with the coordination of itineraries
- To review the commercial and operational productivity of the Shore Excursion Product Managers and ships in line with the company budgets and plan
- Main point of contact and liaison with the appointed excursion team on each vessel
- To review shore excursion sales and wait lists regularly and advise the Shore excursions of action required.
- To check and finalise cruise planners including berths and shuttles prior to pre-cruise documentation dates.

Senior Shore Excursion Product Manager, Skills Required:
- Ideally experience within the cruise industry and in a shore excursion management contracting role.
- Extensive knowledge of worldwide cruise destinations and places of historical/cultural interest ashore
- Good research skills with a strong commercial awareness
- Time management skills with the ability to manage a heavy workload to tight deadlines.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office programmes.
- German language a huge advantage

- Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.30
