FIT Reservations Agent
London
Job Purpose:
- To work closely with supervisor in order to develop and grow incoming FIT bookings
- Quote & Operate FIT bookings in a successful, profitable and professional manner
Job Specification:
- Process all incoming FIT reservations (book accommodation, transfers, attractions and any other services)
- To Maintain good relations with all clients and suppliers at all times
- To Respond to requests from clients accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure the smooth operations of all FIT bookings (i.e. booking all services, issuing travel documents)
- Produce weekly reports for supervisor
- Managing close-outs for all online operators
- General administrative duties
Candidate Specification:
Requirements:
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
- Exceptional customer service and result driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly accurate with an excellent attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Ability to make decisions and to work on own initiative
Desirable but not essential:
- Fluency in French, Spanish, Germany or Dutch
- Experience within the inbound tourism industry in the UK and Ireland
