A well-known and established Tour Operator based just South of the river are looking for a Product Support Coordinator to join them on an initial 6 months period (with the potential to go permanent)

Position Summary:

To support the Product Managers in creating, launching and managing a range of product. You will work closely with other departments to facilitate sales, aid booking processes and provide product knowledge contributing to the company's annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

*Co-ordinate the loading to ensure product is accurately and effectively loaded in Tiger Bay before the brochure lands
*Monitor and manage the Product Mailbox
*Support the Finance team by coordinating the swift resolution of costing queries
*Support the team on the annual product, brochure and contracting plan for each area
*Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the loading and maintenance of Tiger Bay
*Work as a team with the Product Co-ordinators to ensure phone cover for the sales team during core working hours
*Brochure production: Working as a team to complete brochure deadlines
*Establish regular communication with sales staff, and with other teams - notably to keep everyone up to date and ensure that any relevant business issues are swiftly exchanged and acted upon
*Supporting the setup of group bookings

Other Responsibilities:
*To communicate effectively across the department and throughout the company
*General Administration
*Adhere to Health & Safety requirements
*Work with the Air team to ensure we have the best possible flight options on offer

Role Requirements:

*Knowledge of destinations and travel trends
*Confident use of airline GDS, Word, Excel, Adobe In-Copy
*Excellent written communication skills
*Numerate with good data entry skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Person Specification:

*Self-motivated and good at planning and organising own time without supervision, whilst able to meet deadlines
*Demonstrate a positive attitude to other members of the team, offering assistance as necessary
*Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
*Resourceful and practical with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively

The Working hours and package:

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (flexi time available)
Salary will be £21,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience
