THE JOB
This is a superb opportunity for a London based, Online Support Specialist with strong Galileo/Sabre knowledge who is looking to move into an advanced online support position. In this interesting and varied role, you'll use your extensive TMC experience and booking tool knowledge to provide 1st and 2nd line support for the online booking tools. You will be responsible for areas such as user training, 3rd level supplier support, product testing, user maintenance and dissemination of new product releases.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Proven TMC experience within a support role using Concur or Cytric
*Deep knowledge of GDS Galileo/Sabre and online booking tools such as
Evolvi/Trainline/Conferma/Hotelzon
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Superb MS Office knowledge with an emphasis on Excel
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
