JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working as a Training Manager you will form part of the wider training team, developing and administering training programs for all employees across various departments including sales and customer service.
*Create & conduct engaging training and development content to be delivered on a continuous basis to all new and existing employees both face to face and virtually.
*Support Head of L&D to ensure this department is recognised around the business for its professional, reliable and innovative approach to training. Liaise with Contact Centre management to identify and deliver training requirements
*Create and deliver leadership modules from basic to advance level for junior and middle management team - Step up program.
*Provide training drop in sessions weekly open to all employees
*Ensure communication channels are developed between employees and the training team to ensure accessibility. All employees are encouraged to request additional training when needed - Complimented with feedback and suggestions on all training delivered
*Agree and implement training for new technology/systems and processes that are brought into the business
*Work alongside department heads to ensure that the training needs of individual departments are addressed
*Deliver standardisation of all training materials and consistency of delivery in all training sessions
*Organise external guest speakers and ensure the material is relevant
*Create and refresh new employee induction course that are available for all departments.

Experience Required
Experience of delivering and facilitating training is essential and Ideally this will be from a Travel / Cruise background. You will have the ability to confidently deliver training to people all levels and pro-actively identify an additional training needs that may be required.
