CRM Executive - I am currently looking for an experience CRM/ Email Marketing Executive to join this expanding team, for a well known international travel company based near Weybridge. They are looking for someone who has experience excellent experience with writing communications for online and offline and an understanding of loyalty programmes. They will pay up to £35,000.


CRM Executive, Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the chosen CRM agency to implement the annual 121 plan in line with overall commercial and marketing objectives
  • To work closely with the UK & Ireland Data Analyst to drive insight from the database and other sources to develop campaigns through a customer division model of UK & Ireland past guests and enquirers
  • To support all related campaigns including direct mail, email and telemarketing to ensure offline/online consistency, integration and synergy for best possible ROI, including with pre and post-holiday communications
  • Implement targeted activity to drive the acquisition of new leads to support database growth within pre-agreed customer segments
  • Provide detailed campaign analysis for all activity, generate overview information on contact strategy performance and report on key trends relating to past guests and the sign up of new prospects
  • To work cross functionally and in alignment with the other UK marketing areas to ensure that all campaigns are consistent and on brand
