Travel Consultant - Niche Luxury River Cruises
Surrey
Base salary to £25K + Bonuses
My client is a leading up market tour operator specialising in quality luxury river cruises and tours to worldwide destinations.
The role involves working with high value discerning direct clients.
An experienced travel consultant with experience in both sales and customer services is required due to expansion
Travel Consultant Responsibilities
Arranging luxury holidays, cruises & tours for clients
Creating holiday itineraries from the initial query all the way through to departure
Dealing with all customer service related issues and offering advice to help resolve any problems.
Providing all the administration for bookings
Sending out tickets, documents and vouchers
Delivering high levels of customer service
Travel Consultants Skills and Attributes:
Candidates must have previous luxury travel sales experience with the travel industry
Luxury Cruise product knowledge an advantage
Candidates must have a professional telephone manner with good rapport building skills
Candidates must also be able to demonstrate good customer service skills
Travel Consultants Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary to £25,000 + Bonuses
Excellent Benefits
23 days Holiday
Discounted travel
Predominately Monday to Friday
