THE JOB
On a 3 to 6 month interim basis, our client is looking to hire an experienced Customer Director to join their expanding team. As a Customer Director, your key focus will be on the customer, their experience and their journey. As a start-up model, you will have a blank canvas to devise, implement and deliver a first-class customer experience, working towards tight deadlines and meeting the business overall objective.

You will come with a travel industry background and proven experience of leading a travel business to deliver first class customer journey and experience. You will consider partners overseas that will fit within the business framework, considering the level of customer support depending on the market and predicting the demands and expectations of the customers to ensure all corners are covered prior to launch.

As the Customer Director, you will come with a start-up mentality, and the leadership skills to bring results. You may come with experience of working in a similar role for a Tour Operator or a Cruise company.
