THE JOB
As a Head of Product, you will be tasked with implementing a product strategy within this travel organisation. Leading and mentoring a team of Product Managers, focusing on maximising profit across all destinations.

This will be a highly analytical role, where you will continuously review markets, their performance and make recommendations to the team or other departments. For this Head of Product job, you will need to have strong influencing skills and be able to hold your own in board meeting environments, making commercial recommendations for the business.

You will be a strong leader of people, as this division grows the demand for your attention will heighten, but without this effecting the business goals and objectives.

The division of this organisation is in start-up mode and therefore the mindset for this individual will need to be creative, open to suggestions and extremely commercial. Working in a fast-paced and pressurised environment will be second nature to you and you'll thrive working in this vain.

You may be working as a Head of Product currently for a tour operator, online travel business or within wholesale.
